Our commitment to you

We commit to providing a clean house with all the advertised facilities in good working order. Bed linen, a bath towel and a hand towel will be provided for each guest. These will be changed every Saturday of your stay.
The rent includes electricity, cooking gas and hot water. If you have requested that the central heating be made available it will be charged at cost price based on the meter reading. We have arranged for a neighbour to keep the house in good order. If you have any problem with the house or facilities this person will make every effort to resolve the issue.
We will post you a booking confirmation and receipt for all payments made.

Booking reservation and final payment

The house is not reserved until we have received the completed booking form and booking deposit. The booking deposit is not refunded if you cancel the booking at any time. We must receive the final balance 10 days before the rental starts. If we do not receive this balance payment by then, we will consider the booking cancelled. We can take payment in EURO Bank Draft drawn on:

Cancellation of your booking

The booking deposit is not refundable.

Damage

This is private house and we request that you leave it in the condition that it was in when you arrived.
We will to check everything before you leave and in case of any damage to furniture or objects we will charge the damaged item a cost price.

Guest numbers

The house will confortably accomodate four adults. The maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 4 adults and a baby.
